Investors should read the offering document for details including the risk factors before deciding whether to subscribe for or purchase shares in the sub-funds of the SICAV.

IMPORTANT
The SICAV is a UCITS umbrella fund and contains a number of sub-funds with different risk profiles that may invest in equities, debt securities and derivatives.
Some sub-funds may invest in high risk securities, debt securities below investment grade, structured products or derivatives (up to 100% of a sub-fund's net asset value may be invested in derivatives and the most frequently used derivatives are currency swaps, forward exchange swaps, inflation linked swaps and interest rate swaps). Such investments may involve significant risk, including liquidity risk and the risk of issuer or counterparty default or insolvency, which may potentially result in a total loss of your investment in such sub-fund.
Some sub-funds may have a more concentrated portfolio (such as investments in single country or single sector) or have a sector bias (such as small cap stocks) or geographical bias (such as emerging markets, which may be subject to additional legal, regulatory, political, expropriation, repatriation and foreign exchange risks) and be more volatile and less liquid than other sub-funds.
The investment decision is yours but you should not invest unless the intermediary who sells you the sub-fund has advised you that it is suitable for you and has explained why, including how buying it would be consistent with your investment objectives.
